Would you pay someone to decorate your Christmas tree for you?
I received a flyer from some company that was offering to decorate my Christmas tree. While that seems to be a very good idea given how busy some of us are during the holidays, half the fun of Christmas is in decorating the tree! What do you think?

No, I would not pay someone else to decorate my tree. I love putting in all those personal touches. Plus, I’m a Virgo, so no one’s going to do it to my standards.
That sounds crazy. Maybe if you were disabled or something.

I, personally, wouldn’t – that’s part of Christmas! But I’m sure there are very busy (and rich) people out htere who do so.
no. its a waste of money. do it yourself and with loved ones. trust me its fun!

I’m not personally a big “Christmas-type”, but the idea of paying someone to come in and set up your tree is almost disgusting…unless you live in the White House and the tree is 60 feet tall.
I think its a horrible idea.I love decorating my tree with my little boy,its all part of the fun! It doesnt take all that long really!
No way, then they would come back later and steal our stuff.
Maybe the huge pine tree out in front of the house, but no way I’m letting strangers inside.
That’s the whole fun of having a Christmas tree is having your friends and family help decorate it! If i didn’t want to decorate it, I’d buy one predecorated so i just had to take it out of the box. I guess high class people just have them for show, so they would use that service. They probably pay someone to feed and play with their kids too.
I think this is a service not aimed at regular folk. I could see CEOs and Presidents of companies using a service like this because they are really busy, but not normal people.

There’s a company here that decorates your entire house for you at Christmas time. They do the outside lights and all. I would never let anyone else decorate for me. I have a hard time not re-doing what the kids decorate. That’s my most favorite part of Christmas.
No no no dont do that, that really takes the spirit out of Christmas. do it yourself and save ur money. Have fun with it:)
DON’T let anyone that you don’t know in your house, especially before christmas. They might be scopin’ out your stuff to come back and rob you!
no. i wanna decorate my tree every year! but my mom said 1 year i was to small cus the christmas tree is taller than me bu i still did most of it. another year i did it all by myself. its ok if ur busy ull still be home during night. thats wen we put our tree up. were puting ours up this weekend. u should tell everyone ur busy at the time u think u sould put up ur tree. so my answer is no dont let them decorate ur tree. they mite have bad taste and who wants some guy to come into there house and decorate there tree. sheesh that sounds creepy lol. how do ya know the person wont be a murderer lol

Have some kids do it, they would realy enjoy it.
i have a 10 foot tree so maybe i would pay someone to put the lights on for me. because that can take hours. but when it comes to the ornaments, it is a family thing plus, my kids will end up moving them anyways!
I’m not so busy that i can’t dress my own tree. I think this person is on to a new BIZ. for the people who are always on the run but want to have a tree…. Hooooooooooray for that and good luck to him!!/her!!!

I love everything about christmas with the exception of the 2 following things. I can’t stand wrapping presents. I pay the people at the mall to do it for me and the second thing is putting the lights on the tree….yikes!! Although, I do it every year, the thought of the lights going on the tree drives me insane. I don’t know why but it does so for me, I’d pay someone just to do the lights. The decorating part I enjoy. Happy holidays

It’s definitely a good idea. Decorating a tree can feel more like a chore then something fun when time is an issue. I’m sure it would apply to some families. Myself, I like to do that with my own family. I think it would feel strange to stand there and look at someone else doing it.

NO. That takes away the spirit of it all. I guess these Christmas tree decorator people are so deprived of the christmas spirit, They have to steal the experience from someone else.
I wouldn’t do it. It is a family tradition to buy new ornaments every year and decorate the tree with my husband and our 2 girls. Though if you are really interested in this service check them out first to see if it is legitimate.
