i completly agree with you… it is exactly the same feeling, excpet that it is 7 pm, and we are all standing in front of the Christmas tree, after our Christmas dinner, once we heard that “angels were calling us” to see the presents… 
I love this song, it makes me feel like I’m home again. My family may be far away, they may not be together, or the same. But when I here this I’m a kid waiting by the stairs to open presents and help my mom and dad make a Christmas breakfast.

i was told to make the wait to Christmas go faster make a list of things that you want to do when Christmas gets here and keep it with you so you can add to it whenever possible but don’t obsess over it.
