I ordered this for my sons girlfriend for X-mas. The picture is very misleading. I was under the impression it did come with a neclace no such luck. I did understand that it did not come with the one in the picture. The pendent is nice. I also tried to contact the company and they have an answering service and I was given another number but the lady said they vary rarely answer. She then said she would let them know my concerns and they would be contacting me.
